The Roccamare resort is situated in a big pine forest guarded 24 hours a day. There are only private villas and access is allowed to the owners and their guests only. The resort is connected with Castiglione della Pescaia by the main road and by a cycle path. For those who are interested, the residence Riva del Sole with shops and spa is only 2 km away. The villa is just a few hundred meters from the beach. The sea is crystal clear and the fine sandy beach is reserved only for inhabitants of villas. 
The villa is completely fenced and equipped with alarm and video surveillance. A huge lawn, partly shaded by pines, surrounds the villa. There is a big swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and relaxation areas, including bar and BBQ. The villa has also different areas devoted to entertainment for children and adults, such as soccer fields, tennis, basketball, bocce, table tennis and games for children. Villa Dream is constructed on two floors. On the entrance floor there is a large living room with windows overlooking the garden and the pool. The living room leads to the porch and to the garden. If one likes, the glass door disappears completely creating a unique space between in- and outside. The porch is elegantly furnished with relaxation areas and a beautiful outdoor table. 
The steel and very well equipped kitchen opens to the dining room. There are oven, microwave, steam machine and cold storage for beverages and wine. Four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the same floor, as well as two other separate guest bathrooms. Each double room has television, DVD and safe. The villa is equipped with a sophisticated high-tech system with a touch panel permitting to supervise the house and to turn on/off the lights and the alarm. The villa is equipped with WI-FI, SKY, air conditioning, electric mosquito nets, fax and printer. There is a large room with kitchenette, laundry room with two washers and two dryers, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. The property includes a small annex with a bedroom and a bathroom. The roof is a solarium equipped with chairs and tables and a four-poster bed. The private beach gazebo is equipped with a dressing room and a veranda furnished with tables, benches and chairs. 
The price includes: linen, pool towels, beach towels, pareos, utilities, staff for any kind of emergency, pool and garden maintenance. Daily cleaning is available on request.
